I would recommend PG to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. He listened to what we were looking for and quickly sent us some homes to review. There wasn’t a time we couldn’t reach him when we needed him and while looking at the homes often pointed out things we may have missed. A great experience overall.

When I hired PG as my realtor, I was expecting a person who would list my home (that I was being forced to sell due to divorce) ONLY. I expected to only hear from him when someone wanted to see the property; and subsequently purchase it. Yes, I heard from him then; but I also heard from him about other possible properties for me and my kids. He worked really hard on both goals - to sell my home; and to find us something else suitable for my three little boys. He answered real estate term questions, and took time away from his own family on weekends to show me properties. He genuinely cares about his clients. But perhaps more importantly, he cares about people.
