We were at our wit's end with every other agency in the area. Moving from out of town to the area we had a list of "demands" that had to be checked off for our new home. I believe that the whole office worked with us on it. From good schools to low crime in the area, right down to ceramic tile - they actually found 5 homes for us to look at within 3 days. When another agent in the area brought us ZERO AFTER A MONTH. This other agency down the street was unprofessional and down right rude to us. Richard and Kimberly made us feel like family. They referred us to a moving company - landscaping company - after school daycare! They do it all. If you need anything they will try and help
