About

My name is Justin Olsen and I left the service industry to take on real estate as a new career path. I moved here from NW Indiana for the sole reason to join The REAL ESTATE Office in Oak Ridge and Knoxville, excited about my careers.  My work ethic is something I lean on to constantly and as I learn the area and market. Any questions I don’t have answers to, I have a great group of mentors to guide me through any gaps in knowledge and in the market to reassure the clients that their best interest is undoubtedly my number one goal. These mentors have been in real estate for over 20 years. When I was young I was taught to play golf and learned how to meet new people regularly and learned that I enjoy most people and their conversation. I later carried this interest into the service industry for 16 years. As a server and bartender, I loved meeting new people and gaining wisdom from those conversations. During these years I did have my hands on some real estate aspects including renovations, landscaping, and interior/ exterior painting. My dad, a military veteran,  had several rental properties growing up and working with him I learned a lot about renovations, landscaping, and residential repairs, all after clocking out of my full time job. The most important thing my Dad taught me about the end product was, “Are you happy to put your name on this result for everyone to see? When they mention your name about the job you did, will you be happy with your final product?” I only allow myself to say yes at the end of each job. With my career path I plan to become competent in every aspect I can while learning from my clients how to make their goals a reality. My care for people allows me to hear their wants and concerns and my team behind me allows me to explore all routes to provide the best outcome for each client. I keep my time open 24/7 to answer phone calls, emails, and texts for any concerns that might arise during your life changing experience in real estate. My goal is to hopefully make your real estate journey a less stressful endeavor and at the end I hope you feel that your best interest and satisfaction was my top priority.
